渋谷と恵比寿のちょうど真ん中、怪しげな光を放ち、その先に広がる地下空間に期待感を抱かせる佇まいで店を構える「dining & bar KITSUNE」。今年でオープン14年目を迎え、未だ現在進行形で日々進化を続けているKITSUNEがこの度リニューアルを迎えます。新たなKITSUNEのキーワードは「SUSHI」＋「遊び」。食のベースはフレンチにおきつつ、今やワールドスタンダードである「SUSHI」を取り入れ、中でも独自の解釈によりオリジナルで仕上げた「スシーヌ(SUSHI+テリーヌ)」はクリエイティブな逸品。各種日本酒もラインナップ。その他メニューや内装にも「遊び」がちりばめられています。生まれ変わったKITSUNEにご期待ください。

“dining & bar KITSUNE”, which is located in the middle of Shibuya and Ebisu with the fascinating light to make a person expect something for its basement space, continues still progressing everyday from its opening day on 2000. New keywords of KITSUNE reaching a renewal are “SUSHI & French” and “playfulness”. We organize food menu on the basis of French, but we also create some menu with Japanese style. “SUSHINE”, which is made by fusion SUSHI and Terrine, is very original and creative one. Various kinds of sake is listed too. “Playful” feeling is reflected to interior decoration and other food menu. Don’t miss it!!
